Post Kiss Blur
This pic seems to have been taken just after the dog has slurped the person in the picture. The human/dog connection is sealed with a (slimy?) kiss!
The Drupal tool that I'm using to import this pic from Flickr isn't flexible regarding aspect ratio/photo orientation. The display setting for these imports is 320 X 240, the tool can't change orientation for a picture like this should display at 240 X 320. The squishing that happens as a result of this forced re-orientation would ruin most pictures, but I think it works with this one. The woman and the dog were both blurred in the original picture anyway and the squishing just kind of adds to the movement.
