I was just in the Galapagos. The sea-lions behavior reminded much about how dogs behave.

The person who posted this on YouTube referred to the dog as "stupid." In another post I'll discuss the benefits for humans of living with species with less brain capacity than ours.

However I certainly wouldn't call the dog's behavior stupid. How about tenacious or playful.

When Boaz is happy, he does a dance into his dog bed, itching and scratching himself in a way that looks totally satisfying.

In this video the dance is happening while my children are debating about whether it is snowing outside.
